Our company was founded in 1924 by Grandpa Cavalier Bartolomeo, who learned to produce wine grapes of his vineyards to his father. After three generations have renewed the vineyards while remaining intact and pristine ones of Nebbiolo from Barolo, the wine cellar was renovated with the introduction of a careful use of oak barrels, and more controlled fermentations.
