Colour: Garnet red with characteristic tinges of orange that become more evident with age.
Bouquet: Ethereal, pleasant and intense, recalls withered roses and violets.
Taste: Dry, full, vigorous, austere but velvety, harmonious.
Alcohol level: 14 %
Area of production: Our wine is produced exclusively with selected grapes from vineyars owned by the wine company located in area around Castiglione Falletto, in the heart of the Barolo area.
Yearly production: 9.000 bottles.
Capacity: 75 cl, 150 cl, 300 cl.
Minimum aging by law: For at least four years, where two years are in oak casks and a further two years in stainless steel casks.
Gastronomic combinations: Roast, braised, matured cheeses, game.

Barolo is a wine that you must drink at a temperature between 18 – 22 C°, and it is recommended that the bottle is opened three to four hours prior to serving, or alternately it can decanted into a carafe for immediate serving.
